Muskoka Mercantile does not provide refunds, returns or exchanges on purchased products. The only exception is if the received product is damaged during shipping or is operationally defective upon receipt it may be exchanged. At Muskoka Mercantile we're only human. If for any reason we ship you the wrong product, forgot a product, the product received is broken or defective we'll make it right. If this happens, please send us an email at email@example.com or call (705) 571-3402.
To be eligible for a product exchange, the product must be unused and in the same condition as received. The product must also be returned to Muskoka Mercantile in its original packaging.
Certain types of goods and products - such as electric and battery lights - may be exchanged if proven to be defective upon receipt. If applicable, the return and exchange policy will be clearly identified in a product's description.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Muskoka Mercantile will only exchange products if they are defective or damaged upon receipt. Only regular priced products qualify for an exchange. Sale products cannot be returned for an exchange.
Muskoka Mercantile's product return and exchange policy lasts 30 days from the date of shipment. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase was shipped then unfortunately we can’t offer you a product exchange.
If you need to exchange a defective or damaged product, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org or call (705) 571-3402. Once we've approved your request we will advise you on where to send the product to be exchanged.
Once your returned product is received and inspected, Muskoka Mercantile will contact you to confirm we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of our approval or non-approval of a product exchange.
Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may take five business days or longer.
You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning a product for exchange. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are shipping a product to Muskoka Mercantile with a value over $75.00 you should consider using a trackable / traceable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item. You are responsible for tracking the delivery of your returned product.
